What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 14-day return window for online purchases. Items must be in their original condition with all Clothes Mentor tags still attached to be eligible for a refund.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items in your order.
Can I sell my clothes to Clothes Mentor online?
Currently, our buying process is handled in-person at our physical store locations. You can bring in your gently used name-brand clothing and receive cash on the spot.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States and its territories to ensure the fastest delivery and best customer service.
